Step 1. Pikachu Pencil Drawing Tutorial
Start off by drawing a circle with a line vertical down the centre and another line horizontally across the centre. Sketch the outline for the body in a pear shape.
Step 2
Draw the outline of the face including rounded cheeks. Use the crossed lines to draw the eyes symmetrically and sketch the nose and mouth.
Step 3
Next draw Pikachu’s ears pointing upwards and add circles to his cheek and a tongue sticking out.
Step 4
Sketch Pikachu’s hands holding a piece of paper.
Step 5
Now focus on Pikachu’s body by drawing his round legs and detailing his feet. Add the text “I Pika U” to the paper Pikachu is holding.
Step 6
Finally draw in Pikachu’s zig-zag tail poking out from behind him. When you are happy erase any guidelines to complete your picture.
